the original two stroke triple H2 was known here (Australia) as "The Widow Maker" for obvious reasons What are we going to call this "incarnation"
Cheers,
Roger
I don't even want to ride that. I swear, my Concours scared me when it hit the power band. There is only so much I want to handle....I ain't Rossi!!!!!!!!!!

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.
Too many bikes, too much time, ENOUGH SPACE, FINALLY! Never enough money.........
Speaking of the great Man,what a performance at the opening round of MotoGP
you can never leave this guy out of your expected results,I've seen lots of races over the years,in all different forms of the sport with lots of talented riders..but this guy along with Hailwood,Agostini,& the "Dunlops" +others, is certainly a person to be admired & applauded
Regards,
Roger
I've been watching the bidding on Ebay for those bikes. One seller has an asking price of 36k ! ! ! Bidding was at 26k the last I looked. I don't know what the Kawasaki msrp price is ? How about the Ronax 2 stroke that came out about a year ago. Motor designed a lot around the Yamaha RZ 500, but had the performance of a modern litre bike. If I remember correctly, the price started around 100k. The inflation prices on all new bikes today. Compared to just 3 or 4 years ago are absolutely insane. These superbikes that break the norm in technology and performance are part of that reason. Insane amount of power. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xX6_LlXtt48" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Agreed. That bike's potential is tapped by professional riders only. I once had a ZX-10 and no exaggeration you could do 120 miles an hour in 1st gear without red lining it. That bikes gear box was very unique in that it had a very tall 1st gear. I pinned the throttle maybe 3 times in a couple of years owning it. It handled poorly for a modern bike and 1/3 of the power I never used. So, I opted for something that handled better. Insane amount of power though. Over kill for the streets. Very rough on gas. Since the 70's, Kawasaki likes to crown itself with the fastest production bikes.
one thing for sure only limited number will sell.
way to much power for the roads.
my current bike only has 50bhp and I never used that to the full or max.
the old T500 had 45bhp and that was plenty fast enough with a top speed of just 100mph.
you don't really need more than that on our roads.
especially now with more cars on the road not to mention road kill!!
If I wanted to make a life-long career out of
working with the mentally retarded I would
have opened a Harley Davidson Dealership
Ii was excited about this bike till they said 200hp? from a supercharged 1k bike. the zx10 is on par with that. I understand they built it to be uncorked, but at 500lbs+ I would have expected the stock bike to WOW aT 240 at least. Ii think it is an amazing bike uncorked and it just looks pretty cool but it's just a bit of well ok yea you could have then the lawyers said well cork it and the engineers banged head on wall.
