I shouldn’t be posting this one, but it got a chuckle out of me when I first read it.

A woman tired of her husband’s poor performance in the bedroom asked him to go out and get some of the popular erection pills that would help him with his limp penis. The man storms out of the house with his ego bruised, shows up later with diet pills.

Well, if you keep fairly 'active', lumpy will never be a problem, you will however get to enjoy a lot of jiggle.......
