Hey there,
Yesterday my buddy got a little too excited, or frustrated, while splitting my cases. Hope to post a picture in this thread later today of the crack that's in my bottom case now. Would highly appreciate it if anybody out there is willing to sell and entire T500 bottom end, just the cases, or the bottom case.

Hi,
I believe Suzuki manufactured the cases as matching upper and lower sections and mixing and matching is not a good idea.
Cheers
Geoff

They seem to be fairly common on ebay.

Thanks for keeping me out of trouble Fritz!
I've seen cases on ebay. But I would rather buy from a forum member than a junker, scrapper, or salvage guy.

Andrew, just take a look to kick starter seal area on left side of the engine cases and you'll see chisel marks (usually 2) showing matching bottom and upper halfs.
