Hello Peter i have a pipe laying at a friends house il take it home next week and draw it up for you with all the sizes you will need the gearbox parts as well i have never found these in europe
or in the usa i know the drop in revs from 1st to 2nd gear is far to much as it falls from 9-9.5 hp to 3.1 hp i have a japanees RT50 parts list for the TS50 that is how i know about the problems and the reshapeing of the disc valve entry to the crank house it has all the part numbers in english i have alot of RT parts but im keeping them :D if you dont have a piston you can use one from the newer suzuki RMX /SMX50 watercooled engine then the rings will not catch on the rear boost port as this is very wide than the standard ac50 boost port and the rings are only 1mm thick suited for higher revs alot has happend since 1970 so try a expansion camber program as new designed pipe will work far better

Regards Alan
