Re: 2 stroke oil pumps
They are all different, even specific models like the T250 will have different pumps depending on the year, T500 will have different pumps by part number but should be inter changeable. T305 and T350 will have specific pumps depending on the year of the bike. Some of the models went from a top mounted oil pump to a side mounted pump on the engine cases.

Re: 2 stroke oil pumps
They have different oil flow rates.
The T250 & T350 share a lot of parts.
But per the T250/T350 service manual, the max flow rates are 110 & 145 cc/hr, respectively.
This does create a problem if you buy a used pump via eBay.
You can't necessarily be sure that the seller listed the pump correctly.
And I haven't seen any documentation on how to confirm that, for example, the T350 pump you bought is actually for a T350.

Re: 2 stroke oil pumps
Been doing some searching of the internet to try and work out witch 2stroke pump goes with what bike, so would like to do a world wide survey to see what we can come up with, the survey will be for Suzuki T250R and J, T350 all modals, T500 all modals, so if you wouldnt mind, there is a number stamp into the oil pump control arm, can you let us know the number and what bike its on.

Re: 2 stroke oil pumps
I know (pretty sure) I have t305 pump, t350 and gt250. I know they have different flow rates as staed. The t350 pump had the top Al piece spin on body so it was no good. I took a gt250 body and t350 and made one. I saw no difference in worm gear pitch it seam to turn piston same degree per turn of drive shaft.
I think one difference is the cam bolt on the back. The one with reverse threads. There is a number on it (4 or 5 if I recall) I think this is the dia of the roller there? I did not check the piston cam profile between too that rocks on the bolt roller.
My guess the T350 piston stroke is longer on t350 versus gt250 for example. Not 100% sure but what I believe is the theory. I also may have changed arms so not sure which I used.
too be honest not 100% sure but I put all my T350 guts including cam screw into the GT250 body. Hope it is still t350.
Next time I will check piston stroke
