I believe the ID of the small end should be 20mm.

If there is oil in the tank, then no oil in the lines indicates an unbled oil pump. Thats if someone hasn't taken the oil pump drive pin out. If oil in tank and the pump drive turns the pump, I can't imagine a failure of 5 or 6 lines that might account for them being empty.

It may be that the cylinder damage occurred a long while ago and the current state of the lube system is a red herring?
