Hi guys
after some teething problems on gettig my 750j started after carb re-build the bike starts and runs fine but have noticed a problem when changing down . The bike seems to shudder when selecting lower gears down the box (3-2-1) and feels like it is going to stall as if the cluth wasnt being disengaged . I went out for a 20mile run lasr weekend and by the time i got home my left arm was pumped up after trying to keep the clutch in at lights etc. I also noticed it was difficult to select neutral at the lights and it was ticking over high (2000rpm) when warm - im guessing it just needs fine tuning but any pointers would be welcome
The bike is fine when accelerating and otherwise seems fine
problems when downshifting

Re: problems when downshifting
I would get the idle down to about 1100 rpm, get the motor good and warm and drain/ change tranny fluid for starters. And double check clutch cable adjustments.
