Check your emails, I have sent details of what you need with a pic.
Can't post here as the forum is full!!

Make sure the rods don't have rough parts where the seal goes.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

There are 2 ways you can check transmission oil level. One, there is a drain screw located near the kick lever on the side of the case. When you remove that screw and oil doesn't come out eventually it is too low. Or you can slightly over fill it to where you barely see oil at the very bottom of the filler hole. At that level it's not much higher than the drain screw I mentioned on the side of the case. Being you have such a fast leak. Until you resolve it. I would fill it, until you barely see oil at the bottom of the filler hole cavity.

I checked the oil level with a wire and it has oil below the level of the clutch seal. I oredered a dust cap on accident. I need a seal which has two halves that fit eachother like a glove. Does anyone know where I can buy one?

Say WHAT? I am unaware of ANY seals that come in 2 halves. Some are made out of 2 different materials, but not 2 pieces. I wish you could post some pictures as I am totally confused on what you are talking about. The oil seal is 09285-08004. Readily available from Suzuki. It looks like #9 on the fiche because the 1 is missing. Oil seal, dust seal and that's that. There is nothing else there.
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left.
