Here she is boys, the next to the last piece of the puzzle. Just off the bus from Kansas. I want to clean this up before mounting. It has light stains, etc. question, does super fine steel wool work or should I avoid that altogether? Any suggestions on bringing out the shine.

Can anyone guess what the last piece of the puzzle is. I've only seen two of them for sale in the last year, one of them is for sale right now on eBay??

Don't use steel wool, it'll scratch the chrome.
Use Scotchbrite pads and Solvol Autosol.
Really bad crap can be shifted with a BRASS wire wheel.

Coarse Scothbrite will also scratch the soft chrome. Try aluminum foil and metal polish. Seriously. :)

Would it currently be a $306 dollar last piece of the puzzle located in Canada with 2 days and 17 hours to go?

If so - OUCH! Search out a vintage bicycle pump to modify instead unless you are going for a 100 point concurs restoration.

I saw that! Just insane in my opinion but if it's the last bit of a 100 point restoration maybe it makes sense somehow? I still think it should be possible to replicate one with an old style bike pump. It's not like you'd ever want to use a hand pump like that to fill a motorcycle tire anyway.
