Anybody have any 'good' luck with Partzilla? They seem to have (or can get) lots of small parts I need. Way cheap even with shipping.

I've used them a few times with good results. Probably won't have stock, but I doubt most places will. Everything I ordered with an active part # was delivered.

I have used them several times with good service. Remember that if Partzilla can get the part, so can your local dealer. I have found that on some items they do tend to exaggerate the price. Especially on small items.

They are my go to spot for ordering parts, I will however search the part numbers on ebay to see if it is cheaper there. I've only had one bad experiences with them. They shipped my T500 float in a padded bubble envelope, and when I revived it it looked worse than the collapsed one I had. They did ship me a new one after I contacted them and sent pictures.

I've bought several parts from them, mostly Kawasaki stuff. It is hit and miss. Some parts will say 'not available' but also you can order some parts that are NLA but not flagged in Partzilla. It takes a while for them, I guess they try to get the bits from somewhere for a couple of weeks but I've always gotten refunds for the parts they can't get. In one case they did actually get me a NLA part - a key for a 75 H1.

The parts that are still available, they ship quickly and at a good price.

Sunday - ordered i7 small items. Monday - received email that parts scheduled to ship Thursday. Tuesday - received email - one or more parts have been delayed. My question to you that have used Partzilla, do they wait to ship till they have all parts, or ship what they have and ship again when the delayed parts come in??
No indication on what part(s) are delayed. Just one or more items.

When that happened to me, they shipped what the warehouse had and send the back orders later.

Thanks! I was hoping that would be the case. This is my first order with them so I just have to get used to their ways. I used to make a list of part numbers and go to my local suzuki dealer. That was a good deal because after a couple of orders, they started giving me a 10% discount on everything I ordered. That good thing ended when the dealer changed hands. Now there is no discount, plus an extra fee because it's a 'special order'. Like it's my fault they don't stock it.
At least with Partzilla I get good discounted prices and I avoid paying Tulsa's 8.5% sales tax. The really big plus for me is they accept PayPal. I have been with PayPal for over 10 years and I like to use it whenever I can. That way I don't have to give everybody and their brother my credit card information. My identity was stolen once and my wife twice. In my wife's case it was easy. Lost her purse. In my case, I have no idea. So as a prevention method, I use cash for everything local. I only use plastic in emergencies.

Having your identity stolen really sucks.

Did your wife find her way back home both times? :P
