El Cheapo fork seals / direction

I won these on eBay for $0.99. Yes 99 cents. There are no numbers, no lettering and no country of origin. Probably made in Uganda. Never the less, they don't look too bad and I am going to try them on my 550 project bike. Again I don't know which side is which. There are 2 lips and both have wound tension springs. I can tel you that the one on the left has a larger diameter lip by approx .5mm
One side is about 2mm undersize and the other about 1.5mm. That seems like a lot to me, but I have nothing to compare it to. Is this too much interference? Which side faces down (toward the oil)?

Chris,

99 cents.. That's either the bargain of a lifetime or too cheap to be true. It's worth trying though.

I just opened a pair of ALLBAlls seal. They are also double lipped. The lower ID is 32.5mm as best as I can measure and the upper part is 34.0mm. The upper face is the one with writing on it. This one says:
TT0 D810 DC4 35 48 11 . I don't see a manufacturer's name unless it's TTO which I don't recognize.

With your seals I'd put them in tight side down to keep in the oil and looser side up to keep out dirt.

Id put them in like the left one is in the photo, facing up.
Chris your o-ring should be arriving soon, sorry I had a bit of a delay getting it out to you.
