Suzuki 2 Strokes

I am sure I will need to replace my caliper piston. I saw somewhere about a replacement piston from another model/brand, but don't remember. Can anyone refresh my memory?

I wish I knew, the ones on ebay are stupid expensive for a simple part. I need 2 for my GT750
