J&R with modified mufflers? Looks like the long double muffler was cut down and an aluminum sleeve added over the old pipes.
The Top (middle on bike) pipe looks more like a Bassani shape though, but the headers and front of the chambers is all J&R

Agree with Richard, they are J&R pipes, and someone has modified the tailipipe / stinger section (probably because a previous owner lost the original internal sprung collars / end caps that hold the baffle tube in place)
