Battery Protector

Post by Coyote »

I'm so confused :? :? Partzilla said I needed 2 of these. I bought 2 I checked with Alpha Sports and they require 2 also. How in the world are these supposed to fit? No matter how I twist, turn bend or fondle these things - nothing makes sense. I mean the battery box is completely open both fore and aft. If I put these on the sides, they fold over on the bottom where the mat is supposed to go These don't make any sense at all. Looks like 1 is more than enough once you cut it up and fit it to your liking.. Am I missing something? I CAN tie my shoes without getting confused. This should be somewhat easier.

 Hi,just punched that part number into search ! Get your scissors out & cut to the shape you want :!: :!: this stuff is listed for a LOT of Suzuki models, they all can't have the same battery boxs :?:
Strangely enough all the bikes listed are from '86 on,right through to mid '90's. I used window draught excluder material on my battery box to cushion the sides of the battery, works well & is EXTREMELY cheap & easy to replace
Cheers,

Well it didn't break the bank. I'll just cut up what I deem necessary and save the rest. I'm sure I'll find other uses for it. ---- someday.
