Suzuki 2 Strokes

This is where the 3 large wires exit from under the sprocket cover. There is a divider pin in this section. Does one of the wires go under the pin or are all 3 behind the pin? One of you 550 owners may have a look for me THANKS.

all three looms come out behind that cut out in the left side of the crankcase. I found the stiff starter lead to go behind the cast pin and the other two over it. I also placed the starter lead on last so that it pushes the gear lead nicely into a safe place.

Mike, is correct. That notch allows the wires to be tucked in tight and neat. To prevent the chain guard from pinching the wires with the sprocket cover on and the swingarm swivels up and down as the suspension moves up and down. Then they get wrapped under the black wire holder to keep them there.

I know where the wires go. I was just curious about the divider in the exit hole. It's there for a reason.
