T350 suspension upgrade for fatness

So I get the bike running beautifully and take a few test rides. I know it has shocks because I visually verified their presence. Man, this thing does NOT like my 210 lb frame. I would be terrified to think what would happen carrying a passenger. I have located Hagon as a source for the rear setup but what is to be done about the front? I fully compress the fork just by applying the front brakes. More oil? Heavier oil? Heavier spring?

What model year T350 do you have?
The early T350s have external fork springs & gaiters.
The later T350s have internal fork springs.

I have a 69 T350 will really bad fork spring sag, perhaps even worse than yours.
The T500 also has external springs which can have sag problems.
Both bikes has external fork springs that have a free length of 7” when new.
Some members have used T500 springs on their T350s & seem to be satisfied with the improvement.
But good T500 fork springs are hard to find.
I’ve looked into solving the problem for my T350.
Tried external springs for a Triumph but they didn’t quite fit.
I’ve just finished sorting out my GT750 and hope to get back to the T350 soon.

I know it wouldnt look stock , but could you add tire valves to the fork caps so you could add air pressure to the forks to stiffen them up ?
