T350 Oil Pump Cable Adjustment

Just installed a new throttle cable on 1971 T350 Suzuki and was trying to adjust the oil pump cable and find the mark on arm goes past mark on pump when the throttle is fully open..The cable adjuster is in all the way and no more adjustment available..I bought the cables from Paul Miller Suzuki..Any ideas or suggestions?
