Suzuki 2 Strokes

Hi all,

I have just been speaking to Pete Odell who tells me he now has new conrods for the T/GT 500 back in stock. He and a fellow investor have had a batch supplied by Mitaka so it seems. Unit cost is £98 GBP/rod which is about as cost effective as you can get apart from stumbling across them at an autojumble where the vendor doesn't know what they've got .

He was going to post himself but finds that his password (as he remembers it ) no longer works, any admin type who can help him it would be appreciated.

On ebay pics these rods look like early type rods with small outer diameter lower end.
Suzuki dropped them shortly after T500 production start. Later rods came with more meat around lower end bearing.

Hi all,

I noticed that Pete Odell has reduced the price to 90 GBP. Note: This is a "Kit" and includes crank pin, big end and small end. Pretty good value IMHO.

Those rods look great! As another advantage they come with lubrication holes in small ends.
