Hi
What is best way to remove rust and polish springs. Sprins will be chrome or nickel platet later.

If the rust isn't too bad I would still use fine wire/steel wool dipped in oil, followed by metal polish (solvol autosol).

Contact Hagons for new springs - or shocks - and save the hassle.

Well I'm not certain about ironic content either.
I'm not sure if the OEM shocks are rebuild-able so if buffing up the springs doesn't have the desired effect then new shock for sure and of course definitely if they are leaking.
