Is there anyone on here with an SB200, apart from my self, ?


I'm after an image of the foil decal on the headstock, can anyone provide one ?

Kev I seriously doubt it, those bikes never made it to the North American market. The nearest derivative to your bike which shares some common parts is the GT200X5 from the same time period. Why not check in at the X5 and X7 forum, they may be able to share information with you on your queries.

A blue SB was my first bike after I passed my test, loved it. I eventually bought an X5 with a seized engine and swapped the wheels, forks and cosmetic bits over. Can't help with the foil sticker but good luck!

that looks good, what year is this one, I'm thinking 80-81 due to the decals ?

my bike is undergoing a rebuild, just about completed the engine rebuild, full crank rebuild, rebore, new pistons @+1mm and gearbox bearings, engine cases bead blasted and repainted, frame sand blasted and painted with enamel (black), really need a seat base, 16 years in a barn has'nt done it any favours, but we will get there eventually.
