Yes, do that and it will make a world of difference. Looking good Roy.

Any recommendations as to how best to do that? I tried polishing the fork leg lowers with a lambs wool buffer and polish but I didn't get the results I expected.

Not hard to do, wet sand and a polisher with rouge. Should be some older post about this.

Roy - the original seat cover that you took off - did it have the SUZUKI script on the back in the same style of print as the tank badges or was it the same as the new one - reason I ask is there is a bit of a debate on this side of the pond as to the font of the seat script on the US/UK M models
cheers

Haha Yes Mal, I've been following the thread on Kettle Clinick! Heres's a couple of pics. The first is the old seat cover I removed from the red M. The second is the seat on the JDM B-4. The scripting looks identical. I am sure Ian will help clear up the confusion!

Thanks Roy-I have never seen that script on any uk GT750 bike - I know that they used the same script on the tank badges on various other M models as I had them on a 380 a while back
cheers
Mal.
