09471-12001 is just a 3.4W instrumentation bulb. Still available from Suzuki. Probably can get one from your local bike shop.
09471-12022 is 35/25W and is no longer available. But I think I have the cross reference.
Per Crooks in the UK, its obsolete but a 35/35W A5677 bulb works.

You can probably get the replacement for 09471-12022 at your local bike shop, just ask for headlight bulb 6235y.
Not certain, but it looks like the 6245y is a 45/45W version of the same bulb.
