The snag with getting the reeds in really close to the bore on the 750 engines is the stud locations , the only way around this is to turn the reeds vertically .

John , that would be cool if your reeds section is no more than 1-5/8" wide

John , if your saying your reed set is 1-3/4" wide its still too wide but still a full inch more narrow than the 6 petal sets .

I am a reed designer, 1/8" is not a problem to retool......... :up:

A custom fit reed set and the matching block is just what we need :D

1 3/4 inch? that's like 45mm try looking at a 80cc dirtbike reed. we use a kawa unit and pushing 40bhp on a 100cc on meth.
