Front Fender/Mudguard question

I like the look of this front fender on MikesXS website:

Can anyone give me the width between the forks (at the mounting holes) on the XS650? The Kettle width is 4 7/8 inches. Just want to verify that this will fit.

Looks good. I think most larger bikes of the mid 70's to early 80's had a 5 inch wide (give or take a little) mounting.
