I couldn't get it to open on my phone (office doesn't allow youtube) but I'll look later. I'm new to this site but not to 2strokes. I'm waiting delivery of a 750l to tear down and build back similar to the one we raced in the mid '70's. I saw that you're pretty close Dave. I just sold a boat last night that I had bought from the police chief in Lancaster....it's a small world.

Thanks for the welcome Dave....I tried to upload a couple of my latest projects and pics of the GT750 but get a message that the board attachment quota has been reached. If I think of it later, I'll just put in the links to my Photobucket albums but I can't access PB here at work.

Finally remembered to post up my photobucket link. There's a bunch of albums with my different builds including the H2B I completed recently, my CB400F supersport and several others including some from my GT550. Unfortunately I didn't post any of the complete porting work. It would have been nice to show the finished product of the intakes but they were done in multiple stages using different bits and porting tools.

Thanks Dave, the H2B was only ballpark on the jetting in those videos and the one was done when I first started it in my basement shop area. Now that it's done, it revs so fast that the rear of the bike squats down 1/2-3/4" just from the revs building so fast when you crack the throttle! I'm running 130# and my goal was 145 but the guy who squished the heads didn't get it right even though he had the port specs for the exh. I'm using custom head gaskets that are .012 and they seal fine but I've got to take the heads to get milled to complete the engine.

There is nothing that represents the sound of all that's good and evil like a triple 2 stroke with stingers.
