Does anybody know what I have to change when I remove the oil pump from my T350.
And.. is it possible
I now when I don't change anything some bearings will be gone in a few miles
I don't have a 350, but most Suzukis use oil slingers on the main bearing and the crank has to be stripped to remove and modify them.
The next issue is that most Suzukis do not have an oil passage in the crankcases to get the oil down to those main bearings. If your cases don't have those drillings, then you need to modify the crank and crankcases like an RD Yamaha.
And then you have to carry oil and a mixing jug with you at all times. If you are racing that's not a problem. Buy and Accu-Mix jug and get the right mixture every time. For the street there are no advantages and whole lot of PIA issues.
Check with the guys in the UK that race T20 and T250s. They know more about the early twins than I do.

Yes, you can run it on petroil mix without the oil pump. Modern oils help as they are so much better than that available in the 70s.
It will almost definitely be fine with no modifications, but if you have it apart it is worth drilling some holes to just behind the main bearings as I did as this will help.
I'm not sure if you have oil guide plates behind the main bearings on the crank as the T20 does, but if you do, and you are splitting the engine, remove these as well.
