380 crank end bolt

Anyone know if there's a knack to removing the bolt on the alternator end of the crank?

Put a ring spanner on and twat it.
It will be very tight/threadlocked/a barsteward.
If it doesn't go, try tightening a tad, then back off.
Swearing may or may not help unless there is blood.
IIRC, it's a 'normal' thread not left hand.

I thought I'd better ask before I started twatting it, which is incidentally is my usual course of action. This is virgin territory for me, so I'll be popping up with dumb arse questions every now and again I'm afraid.

A air or electric impact tool comes in mighty handy and its just about a must have for removing the allen bolt at the bottom of the forks
