The o-ring between carb & carb insulator, part # 13295-97700, is NLA & none are listed on eBay.
(The GT250J/K have a slightly different carb & the o-ring part number is different.)
Anyone know a superseding part number or the o-ring dimensions?
Should be able to get one at this retailer, but what material should be used?

Ask Dollydog? I'd be surprised if he doesn't know. He seems to know everything there is to know about the GT250

You can even ask him twice, but you'll only get one answer!!

Suzuki GS-series bikes use o-rings between the cylinder head & carb holders. That’s a similar need, so I asked about it on that forum.
Viton was recommended.

Now to figure out the correct size.

No idea why it did that. I only posted it once.

Perhaps I took the wrong pill yesterday morning. I always get red and blue mixed up.

Most likely the internet+browser was acting a little slower than typical for you, and you hit “submit” a second time before getting a response.

Turns out I have a few different o-rings in my spare parts collection.
13295-97700 is 3.0mm dia x 38.5mm OD (hand written part # by seller)
13295-18011 is 3.0mm dia x 43mm OD (measured about 3.05mm dia) (hand written part # by seller)
09280-32001 is 3.5mm dia x 38.7mm OD ==> 31.7mm ID (purchased from Suzuki dealer using part #)

Got some NOS o-rings:
13295-18620 is 3.5mm dia x 39.7mm OD (with Suzuki part # label)
So the GT250K/L o-rings (13295-18620) & the GT250M o-rings (13295-97700) have different thicknesses (3.5 vs 3.0) but essentially the same IDs (32.7 vs 32.5).
Fortunately there is no need to try to reuse your old o-rings because they are NLA, or search for NOS o-rings, because they are available in viton at TheOringStore.com & elsewhere.
