Suzuki 2 Strokes

Need some advice for how to get this port unclogged. See arrow in below photo. I have let it sit in carb cleaner overnight and tried blowing air through it with no luck. Any help appreciated. TIA

Have you tried having it ultrasonically cleaned??? Soda blasting it might help too but id do the ultrasonic fix first.
