front brake pads

I am looking for some new brake pads for my 74 GT550, my old ones don't stop very well and squeal like a stuck pig. I have always preferred EBC pads on my other bikes but can't find them for this one. I know I could clean, sand, bevel, etc. my old ones, but I believe these are original and would just as soon replace with a quality aftermarket set and be done with it. Any suggestions?
I also find some companies listing the same pads to fit all years of the GT550, and some show different pads for different years. Any one know for sure if they are all the same?

EBC does not show the ones that fit your bike in their 2012 catalog.

EBC US doesn't show the GT550 but their online order system in the UK does.
UK GT550:
http://www.ebcbrakesdirect.com/bike/par ... 29&sec=Jap
UK GT750:
http://www.ebcbrakesdirect.com/bike/par ... 29&sec=Jap
Per the UK site both bikes use FA55 pads.
While you are working on the brakes it would be a good time to tend to the master & slave cylinders. Clean them out & replace the fluid. Rebuild kits are still available if needed. The hydraulic clutch on my CB700SC was acting up & all that was needed was a good cleaning of the cylinders & new fluid.

Thanks Jabcb,
I am going to try to find that number on a US site, otherwise will get from UK
I did redo my cylinders within the past year so they should be good, and also installed a steel braid line in place of the old rubber hose, big difference.

Bike Bandit lists the FA55 pads in US, I ordered a set today. Funny thing, when I look for EBC pads in their listing for my GT550 they don't list any, but when I searched by part number they showed they fit my bike. Odd
Thanks again for the info.
