T500J - Left side oil line is dry

Hello,

My buddy and I are struggling on our T500.
We tried 2 sets of oil lines and 3 different oil pumps.

Same result every time: right cylinder hoses are full of oil, left cylinder hoses have bubbles.
We tried to boost the pump by pulling the lever. We rode the bike a bit but no success.

Looks like there is no haircracks; I don't see any oil leaking on the cases.
Looks like the oil is going in the right way: no back pressure.

Oh and left side exhaust smokes more than right side.

Any idea ?

Thanks by advance,

Thib

I'm waiting to here the results of this one. I recently acquired a t500 and have similar pumping issues. Oil pump moves oil at pump outlets when spinning with electric drill. all lines fill with bubbles when running, even when manually adding more oil with lever...... seems like check valves. will post results.

Is there anywhere to get replacement lines? I've looked pretty hard.....

Thanks, we'll try your suggestions this weekend.

Correction: we did tried 3 left side lines, not 2.
If I remember well the line is filled with oil from the pump to the splitter.

How can I check a oil line other than mounting it on the engine ?
