timming, or crank seal question

Hi, Iam still having problems with the gt750, I put the newtronics system on the bike and now im having some issues, not sure if its the timing or a crank seal problem. I have re-jetted the carbs to have one size bigger on mains and the middle and far right cylinders are slighlty rich and the far left one is lean and wet with what looks like oil. The far left cyl. smokes more than the rest and the plug looks wet with I think oil, my question is could this be timing or bad crank seal or another carb issue? does the far left cyl. have a crank seal? I thought it was the middle and right that usually have problems? I have the clips on the carbs set to the notch just above the middle notch so i could lean it out a little, I noticed as soon as i re-jetted the carb the bike actually smokes now, before the bike never really smoked at all, so either it is to rich or just right but i havnt ridden it enough to tell, has anybody had to set timing different on the newtronics kit to get it right? also when the bike gets warm her idle drops and sometimes almost dies, I had taken her out a week ago and opened her up pretty good and thats when i started getting issues with the left cyl., thats why I was thinking maybe seal is going bad?
