looking for gt550 or gt750 front end for 380 conversion.
after my crank is rebuilt and cylinders are honed i will be ready to go.. thinking about a disc brake though, so if anyone has a spare front end laying around (which im sure nobody does, figured it was worth a try though) i would be interested in taking it off your hands. maybe even a trade for my newly rebuilt and polished gt380 front end.

I may have a complete front-end (forks, trees, calipers, axle, wheel, rotors) off a 1975 GT750 available. I say "may" because I am right in the middle of a fork conversion on my GT750. I will probably know for sure in a week or so if the new forks work out OK. Just wanted to give you a heads-up in case you are still looking.

I have a GT550 front end that is in pieces.
Triple tree, chrome triple tree bottom covers, master cylinder w/ lever, disc brake caliper w/ brake line, front wheel with rotor, axle, speedometer drive gear, & fork tubes/lowers. One of the fork tubes is bent. The other tube looks like it may be straight, but I'm not exactly sure.
I've also got an ignition with key that will unlock the lock on the triple tree and a seat lock which I also have too.
Let me know if you're interested in any if this.
