It's a fan relay from an early model 750. They were deleted from later models along with the fan but the wiring remained the same.

Awesome thank you! Mine is a 73 and still has the fan all in good working order. I've been tearing the bike down and cataloging all the parts in preparation for some frame mods and powder coating. That's what I thought but wasn't sure what to label it as.
