1969 Suzuki TC250 Scrambler parts question
I am having trouble tracking down the Suzuki crankshaft rod thrust washers (09180-20010 super to 21251-13E00) nothing on EBAY?? Plan to check with P Miller. I also need the center crank bearing and I cannot track a part number?? The one I have is 09282-25004 but it comes up as a seal?? looking to do a full crank rebuild but need these few parts to complete. Thanks everyone!!!!

Re: 1969 Suzuki TC250 Scrambler parts question
Alpa-Sports.com identifies the center bearing as 09282-25004 with dimensions of 25mm x 55mm x 15mm
Part number looks to be a typo.
My guess is that the actual part number is 09262-25004
That part number was superseded by 09262-25089 & then by 09262-25044.
09262-25044 is a bearing with the correct dimensions of 25mm x 55mm x 15mm
09262-25044 & the other part (09180-20010 super to 21251-13E00) are still available from Suzuki.
Have seen errors in the online parts manuals from time to time.
You may find it useful to get an original printed parts manual that the Suzuki dealers used at the time.
I have one for a T350 that has useful hand-written notes from back when a Suzuki dealer used it.

Re: 1969 Suzuki TC250 Scrambler parts question
Thanks Bob, I knew you would be one of the guys are on here with the answer!! I checked with my dealer about the washers (09180-20010) and said they are disc, even with the superseded part number. The bearing 09262-25044 does show avail but there needs to be an alignment hole for the dowel pin, wonder if it has that?? I will check again and check that bearing part number with them!!jabcb wrote:Alpa-Sports.com identifies the center bearing as 09282-25004 with dimensions of 25mm x 55mm x 15mm

Re: 1969 Suzuki TC250 Scrambler parts question
This listing for 09262-25044 has ended.
But check it out -- they listed it as being the center bearing for the TC250 & have a pic of the alignment hole.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/SUZUKI-Center-C ... 1262223034
Per Alpha Sports:
09180-20010 is listed as the original # for the thrust washers & the dimensions are 20mm x 34mm x 1mm.
I looked up 21251-13E00 & the part is in the clutch modern dirt bikes & looks different.
The T350 thrust washers are listed as 09160-20010, superseded by 09160-20052, & have the same 20x34x1 dimensions. 09160-20052 is listed as available.
Starting to look like the guys that did the TC250 online parts manual had a bit too much sake.
If it were me, I'd get an old printed parts manual.
