Sorry about the mess! Some file got corrupted and man, what a mess. I think it is fixed now, a little cleanup of graphics and hopefully back to normal. Let me know if you see something that needs fixing.

On the 'user admin' page that is used to accept new members by a moderator, there isn't an option to actually allow a newby to be accepted as a member now.
This was put in place a couple of years ago after we had a lot of spammers join us, and the spamming was stopped since.
I think that only I use it now.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.
