The boots (part #16, or 51571-11010) are still available from Suzuki, or for a better price from Cruzinimage on fleaBay. The nylon spacer (part #18) is really tough to locate - try a PM to member B100P2 on this board as we had a lead on a fellow willing to make us some, but I'm not sure of the current status.
I'm sure other's will chime in on the other parts.
