i know its a honda but at least its a 2-stroke.

buddy got it , estate sale. not running.
but a spash of fresh gas,new plug and a carb clean , and started on second kick.
i give him a month before he hurts himself .
i see a resale bargin in the near future.

That looks like its a circa 1981 CR250, around that time Honda decided to follow Husky and use a left side kickstarter and right side drive line. Its very difficult to use a left side kick starter in a moto if you crash and stall out. The bigger CR450 was even worse to start quickly, especially when cold as I had one at the time.
It did have a nice four speed box you could plow up the ground with all day with though,

Nice find! A perfect AHRMA candidate and future collectable. Makes me remember/miss my ole 84' KTM 495 from my youth... Love the left kicker.
