Lots of GT550 parts - OHIO, USA

I've got a lot of misc GT550 parts that I'm looking to clean out of the garage. A lot of this stuff came off of a 1974 GT550.

I will put together a complete list, but here are some items of note.

Complete 72 engine (less carbs) - mileage unknown, but it is free.

73 or later complete set of carbs

complete wiring harness with headlight bucket, ignition switch, AND key.

2 gas tanks - 1 has a dent, but isn't rusty, 1 with some rust on the inside. The key with the ignition works with one of the tanks as well.

73 or later gauges - not in the greatest shape, but could likely be restored.

2 rear wheels.

Forks - one of the tubes is bent, but both lowers appear to be in useable condition.

Lots of little odds and ends, nuts and bolts, battery holder/tool box, etc.


I'll get some pics posted by the end of the weekend, but in the meantime, If you need something specific, just ask and I'll get pics of specific items asap.

Got a spare points cover by chance???

I do have a points cover. Although the serial number is a '72, the covers on it look like the covers on a 73 or later.

I'm not at home at the moment, so I don't have a picture to add right now. I can post one tomorrow morning.

I just picked up a 75 GT550 and the carbs came in a box. There are obviously some missing parts and one has the idle jet stuck in it.

Needless to say, I'm interested in the carbs.

I just picked up a 75 GT550 and the carbs came in a box. There are obviously some missing parts and one has the idle jet stuck in it.

Needless to say, I'm interested in the carbs.

My carbs are in a box as well, however when I last looked at them they were all there with all the parts for each carb in separate ziplock bags. My plan was to clean and rebuild them over the winter to sell, but I never got around to it.

I can clean them, clean and rebuild them, or sell them as is - Let me know if you're still interested, and how you want them.
