One of my boots above my carb is bad, (the 2 pics are of a good one) not sure what its called or what its suppose to look like. Below are two links of new parts that could be what I need, not sure they dont really look the same.

Well, I wanted to add pics, they are the right size but it said Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.

Re: gt550 carb rubber
The link you have for Paul Miller are the NOS carb-top bellows:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Suzuki-GT380-GT ... 0804220830
NOS top boots that cover the carb linkage are also available via eBay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-suzuki-gt55 ... 1352842689
The NOS Suzuki bellows & top boots tend to turn to mush after some years.
An eBay seller in the UK sells pattern parts that may last much longer.
The pattern parts are here:

Some forum members have figured out how to make useable bellows out of heavy rubber gloves.
The results are functional & cheaper but don't look correct.

Re: gt550 carb rubber
The first link you have there is for the 72 and 73 models. Covers where the cable enters the carb. The second link is correct for the 74 thru 77. Covers the slide lifter rod.
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left.
