Good luck with that. I HATE tuning unknown carbs....what a pain. It'll be worth it, I'm sure, but it's still a pain. What happened to the 38mm Kunis that you were going to use?

I like the new seat....it seems to follow the line of the bike a bit better. Will you add upholstery and foam later....if so, how will you attach it. I really like the new look...keep up the good work.

It's starting to come together with a cohesive look. The rear edge of that tank is close to the front edge of the side covers and that works much better than stock.

The filler panel you made for the oil tank/battery nicely completes that part. And the new seat picks up the shape and styling from the tank to pull together one style. What's not to like?

That bike embodies the ethos of Hot Rods. It's low and mean looking and the lower seat hump reflects that design brief. I liked the GS rear end too, but this one has a more period cafe racer feel than the more eighties look of the GS.

Dumping the stock rear fender and rear lamp was a great move forwards with the design. It shortens the look for a more compact (mass centralized?) appearance and that works.

What will really make or break the look is the color scheme. I'd stay away from two tone stripes - horizontal stripes make a bike look longer.

Semi gloss black works well for a streetfighter - hard nosed look. Dark blue looks sophisticated and of course red works on almost any bike. orangey red looks too "light" for that look I suspect. Maybe a slightly deeper red with an S on the tank in Silver to pick up the motor color or gold to pick up on the shocks. GT750 logo or Mighty Buffalo on the side covers in matching color to teh tank logo would add continuity.

How about Black on Black, Flat black overall with anthracite metallic stripes or logos, all coated in a semi gloss clear. Tough yet sophisticated.

That's what they invented Photoshop for isn't it?
